Service Area
RBH Rehab primarily serves patients across San Mateo County, the broader San Francisco Peninsula, and the surrounding Bay Area - San Mateo, Foster City, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Daly City, South San Francisco, and the East Bay. Our East 3rd Avenue location puts us within a thirty-minute drive of most Peninsula emergency departments, which is why so many of our admissions arrive directly from hospital referrals.
We regularly admit patients transferring from Stanford Health Care, Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, San Mateo Medical Center, Sequoia Hospital, Kaiser Redwood City, and the broader Sutter and Dignity Health networks. Hospital-to-hospital transfers are coordinated directly between our admissions team and the referring clinician, typically within a few hours of the initial call.
Patients traveling from outside the Bay Area are welcome. Our admissions team handles airport pickup from SFO, OAK, and SJC, and coordinates pre-admission logistics so the first day is about arrival, not navigation.
